Work Description: Roof Replacement
Comments: :In July we had a roof replacement that included soffits, fascia and gutters. Not only did they leave behind lots of debris around the house and harassed us for the final payment before the job was complete, but he never got the gutters ordered and never delivered or installed which we had already paid for. He said he would not be doing them and would refund us the amount we paid. The amount we'd like refunded is for the gutters only. For 2 months now he has made excuse after excuse as to why he cannot get us refunded. A month ago we agree to split the refund into 2 payments but never recieved any of it. This month, he told us he would refund us by the end of the month, but here we have 3 days left of the month ending on a weekend and he has yet more excuses as to why we have not been refunded. We have been patient and kind, but the constant broken promises are what led me here to file a complaint. I have all of our texts and conversations on record, as well as pictures and ring camera footage of the debris. We just want our money back for the gutters totalling $1,850.

Comments: IM IN LOVE WITH MY HOME! Eli and his team really came in clutch with renovating several things in my property. From knocking down and building a brand new beautiful stone mailbox, new electrical wiring with new electrical box, installing a custom attic door, adding can lights to both kitchen and dining room areas AND a brand new fan light in the living room where none existed beforehand.
