Comments: They did the job pretty well and I was impressed about how fast they came to do it. I recommended them all over the place until Kerry, the owner, began to lie about things like providing a receipt for the work done. I needed the receipt to give to the business owner of the tree, a business which needed a receipt from Cautreaux's for what I paid to reimburse me. It's a simple enough thing to ask for and the owner, Kerry Gautreaux, lied over and over about sending a receipt to me for months. Kerry kept saying it was sent but will send it again. He never said he is illiterate and can't really write out a receipt, which is probably why he lied so much about it. Never got it after months of asking and he finally said he doesn't give a sh_t about me or what I needed. Before this, I thought he was a professional. I never did get reimbursed from the company because I had no receipt.

I wanted to do some light trimming on the lower branches of my other two oaks but they went far beyond that. It was like they were doing their own trees.
