We had a massive oak tree in our tiny backyard that needed to be removed and we had gotten numerous quotes from other companies before I thankfully found Garcia Professional Tree Service. Mr. Garcia was able to come out the same day I called, give me a fantastically reasonable quote and set up service to start and finish within the next 2 days. He was very knowledgeable and honest with me letting me know about the risk of keeping these two smaller water oak trees growing less than a foot from the side of house. I went ahead and had him remove them and trim all the crepe myrtles surrounding the house, again very reasonable price. I greatly appreciated how he was not pushy as the other companies were and he gave me the best price upfront whereas others would first give me high prices and then start negotiating down to try to sway me to choose them. This is my husband and my first home and so major projects like this are very daunting however Mr. Garcia made this project extremely painless. His team was in and out within 24 hours and the results were phenomenal. Trees gone, they even raked away almost all the dead leaves that covered my backyard! They went above and beyond and I cannot recommend them more.

Comments: Was given a quote by Marcos and so I agree to use their services. He gave me a date of Saturday and that it would most likely be by 10 AM but the he would touch base with me prior to that to confirm a more solid time. Saturday came with no call or text, so at 10:15 AM, I text him asking for an ETA. He said he was running late and was looking more like 3 PM-5 PM (my thoughts at that time were that's more than a bit late, kinda late in the day for my services needed and why did I have to reach out to be told that, shouldn't he have reached out to me as promised regardless). So I waited. At 5:11 PM, I still hadn't heard anything so I text again asking if I should even expect them to come today. No response whatsoever. As as a last attempt against my better judgement but trying to give the benefit of the doubt since HE originally called me to do the job, I sent a text at 8:24 PM asking if he was going to reschedule or if I needed to find someone else and that it's better to respond late than not at all. It is now 11:30 PM on Saturday and I have had zero communication back. So disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate of people and their time. I could have had someone else out to do the job had I just been told. Don't call people, give them quotes, agree to do the job, set up a time and then ditch out and not even attempt to reschedule, work it out, let people know what's going on, communicate, etc.Cypress TX

Comments: Garcia Tree Service did an excellent job for me. They started early and knocked it out in 8 hours, and it was just "two trees", but an enormous job, including root removal, and hauling off the debris.I highly recommend them, and will definitely call them for more work
