Work Description: Landscaping, replacing a dead tree under warranty.
Comments: They do not return calls. Once they finish a job and it's time to replace trees or shrubs under warrant, they go off the grid. I'm very disappointed. I would not do business with this company. They do good work but they don't seem to care enough about their customer base to return a simple phone call. I'm not a business owner but don't you want to build your customer base for return business? Ok, I guess not. He must be doing really good if Eric Gallardo is too busy to make a call. I could have went with a more established company but silly me, I try to give the business to the smaller companies. What a shame.Merrillville IN
