Comments: Make sure you get a firm, fixed bid/quote at the beginning of the project!!Freddy verbally quoted me their hourly rate before starting the work. Once completed, Freddy significantly inflated the price and asked for a fixed price. When I pushed Freddy to honor his original hourly cost, he claimed 3 people were on the job even though only 2 workers actually did the job. In addition, he inflated the hours the workers spent on the job, rounding it up to 8 hours per day, when they only spent 5-7 hours each day. The quality of their work was good, not great. The workers were friendly.
