Hard work keeps one young : ) I love what I do each day and remain very thankful for my skills and health . I have built or remodeled thousands of homes, schools, apartment buildings , churches , shopping centers , industrial commercial and government buildings . Many of my projects have also included design and the hiring and supervising of architects and engineers ..

Comments: We've been looking for a few years for someone to fix locks on two sliding doors. No luck. Then we found Fred. Work Description: Fred Galvez, Inc was asked to repair some concrete masonry at our home. The winters had not been kind to our exterior steps leading to our front door. They were starting to crack and crumble. The steps were original house, which was built 70 years ago.
Comments: Mr. Galvez was pleasant, prompt, knowledgable, professional, and patient. Unlike many contractors. He took time to thoroughly explain the project in layman' terms, clarifying any concerns before staring the project. He was honest and fair. The work was completed ahead of schedule, and the crew members were very respectful of our prorroperty.As for the exterior steps--the difference is night to day. Mr. Galvez applied the polymer material to the existing material, building it up, filling cracks, and sealing the bond. He then applied a protective coat in a beautiful color that complemented our home. The finished product is amazing. We cannot believe how much of a difference this makes.
We would use Mr. Galvez" services whenever we need work done. We are ver, very glad to have been introduced to this company. Thank you.

Work Description: I had a total 6x9 kitchen remodel due to old lead ceiling pipes leaking down into my kitchen ruining a floor to ceiling built-in cabinet and other things. The ceiling had to be completely replastered, the flooring had to be redone, walls painted and other work in the kitchen that cleaned up the mess that the water damage had done. Other work to update the kitchen was also completed.
Comments: Fred was absolutely wonderful. He was very professional with an excellent knowledge of his work. The crew that I met - Kevin, Patrick and Robb are the greatest bunch of guys. They were not only great at their jobs but were extrememly pleasant to know. Fred and his crew did an absolutely wonderful job on my kitchen. They made a difference and turned what was looking like a terrible thing into a beautiful and inviting kitchen. Thank you Fred, Kevin, Patrick and Robb from the bottom of my heart for doing the unexpected - making my kitchen a joy to be in now.
