Comments: We decided we wanted to build a patio size 20x25 during Covid-19 in May 2020 & Steve was hired for the contract. During the process of pouring the concrete - wheelbarrows were ran back & forth in my front yard damaging my grass severely. We had to replace this area with new sod at our expense. Also, we've recently noticed with all the rain the patio isn't leveled as it should be - when it rains all the water stands stagnant at my back door and we have to take a push broom to sweep it all away, as a result my carpet gets severely soaked in this area. This as well - now needs to be replaced as a result of this inadequacy. Once we hire a concrete specialist to fix the leveling the way it should've been done originally.

Comments: Absolutely amazing! To begin, it takes a lot for companies to "impress" me, but I can honestly say that Steve (and his crew) did so! We were referred to him by someone else that he does work for, and I am so happy that we decided to use him. We were looking to extend our patio, and after the job was completed, we immediately began talking about other projects that we would like for him to do for us.

From the initial point of contact, Steve was very professional. He replied to all of my messages, and patiently and professionally answered each and every question that I asked (and according to my hubby, that's A LOT). He gave me a day and time that he would start the project, as well as an estimated day of completion. He arrived on time, we walked through what we wanted, he gave us his feedback and suggestions, and he began to work. They worked throughout the day and came back the very next day to complete the job.

Overall, I can honestly say that hands down, Steve and his crew were the absolute best! We love the finished project, a 24 x 12 patio. The entire experience has us already planning and preparing for our next project.

Comments: I met Mr. Fransaw and knew he was the man for the job.
The rain threw of our schedule, but he kept in touch with me and kept me posted. First sign of clear weather, he and his crew arrived early to make sure the area's were still prepared as they had done the previous week. The cement truck came and the project began. The staff and Mr. Fransaw were polite, informative and they knew what they were doing.. Mr. Fransaw is a no nonsense guy that keeps things in order. They cleaned up behind themselves, My patio only has one entry; through the house. They layed down plastic and protected my ligjt colored carpet. Move furniture aside so they could access the area. I am really happy with the job and will surely use them again. A few days later it rained and is raining now. No standing water. Yea!! God Bless the Fransaw business

Comments: i hired this company 7/23,after completion of driveway ,i call Mr. Fransaw to let him know that the driveway was not level and that there were holes in it and the frame was sticking up from the slab.he asked me to send him pictures,so i did. didn't hear back from him,so i called, my number was blocked. so i wrote a review on networx. to my surprise mr fransaw called an said that i didn't give him a chance to correct the problem,that he was out of town. he said if i take the review down he would come back by the end of the week.he also stated that its not like its a kitchen floor,its only a driveway! i didn't know that quality of work depended on the application.anyway he has called a couple of times saying me was going to come by to look at it. mean while i sent the pictures to a few contractors,and a few of my friends an associates .they all say the same thing, very unprofessional job.i would not recommend this contractor to ANYONE!

Work Description: Tear out and replace backyard patio.

Comments: Job took one month from agreement to completion. Demo went good, form crew dug up our high speed internet line and didn't inform their supervisor. When they replaced the concrete, they left a sizable amount of trash in the back yard along with quite a mess in the street. The finished product looks good after much clean up and a bit of tweaking to their forms to make sure everything was square.

Comments: Steve and his crew did an excellent job and clean up. The only problem was that Steve has too many jobs going on at the same time and our job was broken up over several days which would not have been a problem except that we had to park our cars on the street at night since the driveway was blocked for a few days.
