Frank & Sons Exterminators

Description: While in high school in June 1950, Communist North Korea invaded South Korea, the latter being aided by the United Nations. Edward Gilmore and I, Jose Frank Terrones were in high school participating in sports together. Ed Gilmore and I enlisted in the Armed forces. Immediately after basic training, we were sent to Korea. After 6 months upon my arrival, I received the terrible news that Ed Gilmore was killed in action. I received medals for my great achievements in the Korean War, but the real heroes were Edward Gilmore and the 37,000 other brave soldiers that lost their lives during the Korean War.

After serving 4 years, I did some traveling and started working in the Pest Control industry. I had a field rep license in fumigation. Then later, I received my field rep license in pest control and termite. I later upgraded my field rep licenses to operators in pest control and termite, which I currently hold. I also furthered my studies and took an independent study at the University of California in Pest Control, Branch 2: General Pest (Entomological Sciences X402). I am the qualifying manager for Frank’s & Son’s Exterminators. My son, Cesar Terrones also has his field rep license Branch 2, then upgraded to become an operator. My daughter, Lissette Terrones is currently going to college and working for her AA in business management and currently holds stocks for Frank’s & Son’s Exterminators and Maria Carmen Terrones holds stocks as well. Elizabeth is the Office Manager for Frank’s & Son’s Exterminators.

All of our professional technicians are licensed and bonded. All chemicals used by Frank’s & Son’s Exterminators are registered and approved for use by the California Department of Food and Agriculture and The United States Environmental Protection Agency. In addition, we use Patented Botanical Pesticides from Eco-smart Technologies. I have over 43 years of experience. The company is family owned.
