Comments: Set up an appointment with Ryan to give me an estimate on monday at 3 p.m.
But Ryan never called to cancel or showed up. Couldn't believe this website has people like him for hire. Will never use this site again.
Ernest, we apologize for this miss communication, we had reached out seeing if it was okay to extend the appointment time until the following day, left a voicemail and the tech sent you a text message. We didn’t receive any response, and couldn’t get ahold of you when confirming initial appointment time for Monday afternoon. We would however like the opportunity to make it up to you, as we don’t want any customer unsatisfied. Our plumbing department will be reaching out to you.
