Work Description: Ready to make decision with cash
Comments: Hayden came out to do measure my kitchen floors. Afterwards he said you’ll have to buy your own materials from the “ source” said I’ll email you the estimate. I still have not received it. Very poor customer service skills. I have another company that bid it and won my business. Because they were very professional. FootPrints doesn't train their representatives very well.He lost out on a customer ready to decide by not bidding on it. I took the time out of my day to meet with company and got nothing in return.
