Florida Concrete has been in business since 2007 and offers many different concrete services such as new patio and sidewalk pours and repairs including decorative concrete, stamped overlays, acid/eco stains, driveway repairs and tear outs and re-pours, foundations, decorative concrete curbing, paver sealing and repairs, residential and commercial.

Work Description: I needed a 14 foot by 15 foot extension to the pool deck and small slab for a plastic building gone awry..
Comments: We ran into several problems with irrigation lines and the need to ground the rebar in order to pass Seminole County inspection as I intend to expand the pool cage over this extension in about another year.Wayne and his crew, Dana and Eric, were polite, friendly and worked with me throughout.
I solved the snags with the irrigation lines and the bonding to ground.
It was very easy to do with Wayne's help. He was patient and knowledgeable. He saved me money while waiting for me to make the changes. I know his crew could have done it themselves. But they waited on me as I chose to the address the work needed.
In addition, and this is very important, I received a waver of lien from the concrete company the day after the pour was complete.
Excellent service, an excellent crew, and an excellent final product.
I would recommend Wayne and Florida Concrete for any pour and flatwork. They treated me right and did a really good job.
