Work Description: I talk three or four shower tiles and cement board on one.
Comments: I told him that I wanted everything caulked and grouted in my shower and mentioned around the bench and outside metal tracks around drywall. He said that he would do that. I had tile cement board ceiling tiles and thinset. I hired a plumber because they didn’t want to be responsible the plumbing. So after speaking he sent me our agreement and evidently caulking around everything and the points I mentioned wasn’t in his typed agreement. The tile guy was good . But not caulking and grouting some areas that he verbally said to me will be the reason I will not use this company again.
