Comments: I have a slab foundation that was settling on the south end pretty badly. I had 4 companies come out and of those 4 FiveStar was the only company that provided me with a folder for my estimate which contained a lot of helpful information inside, not to mention they seemed the most knowledgeable about foundation repair in general. They didn't skip a beat when answering a question and I could feel that they truly knew what they were doing. Their price was around the middle of all estimates received but they offered a little more than the others. I had no doubt they were the ones to hire and I am happy with my decision. I appreciate their work, knowledge, and customer service. Highly recommend choosing this company if you have any foundation issues.

Comments: Our house was having plumbing leaks underneath the home. Fivestar had to tunnel underneath the house to get to the areas that needed to be fixed. They had to do a lot of tunneling but they got it done very quickly I was impressed with the small amount of time it took for the digging. They got all of the plumbing repaired and we haven't had any issues since. They even gave us a free hydrostatic test. They were very friendly and gave us a lot of information. I was very comfortable with this company and happy with the work they did. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

Comments: FiveStar Foundation & Construction came out to address concerns I had with our foundation. Walls were cracking and tiles in the living room were lifting and breaking. Out of the 3 companies that came out, FiveStar is the only one that spent time explaining the matter to me. They ensured that I fully understood what was going on with my foundation, why it was happening, and fully explained the repair process from A-Z so I knew what would be done, why it would be done, and what all to expect. He covered the topic so well that I had little to no questions after listening to what he had to say. The amount of knowledge shared made me finally feel comfortable with getting the work done so I decided to go with them. It was a lot to be done, a lot of holes to be dug, but once they were finished you couldn't even tell that I just had mounds of dirt throughout my yard. I was highly impressed with the clean up after seeing all the dirt that was dug up. They replaced the dirt in the holes and took away any extra dirt, and let me know that the holes would probably sink in. They did, so I called to inform them of this and they came the day after I called to add more dirt to level it all out. I am very happy with my experience, with the work that was done, with the customer service I received, all the way around they made it a stress-free process for me and I'm glad I chose FiveStar Foundation & Construciton to help me.

Comments: I hired them to help me with my back patio. I had just a small little section off of my back door that was maybe enough room for 3-4 people to stand on. No room for chairs to lounge. They completely extended it out so that I had an actual patio that I could get furniture for and it really helped bring my entire backyard together. It looks like a whole new yard and I am able to have a comfortable nice area for myself and my guests to lounge outside. They completed the patio in a very timely manner and were very informative of what to expect before concrete was poured, while concrete was poured, and after concrete was poured. The office manager was also very kind and pleasant to speak with anytime I had to call or communicate with her for any reason. All around a pleasant experience with this company and everyone that was involved in my project as well as the price. I will say they weren't the cheapest, but they offered a lot more that no other companies did and I felt confident that they were doing things the right way and in a way that my patio would be long lasting and stable. If you're looking for concrete work you will not be disappointed in choosing this company.

Work Description: Slab, culvert, and drainage
Comments: We signed a contract with FiveStar Foundation & Construction in October 2023 to get a slab poured for a metal building, new approach and culvert for driveway, and work on drainage. We paid a 50% deposit per the contract. We had to get the permits for the work which were good for 6 months. We kept getting put off on the schedule for one reason or another by the company. We were finally put on the schedule, with enough time left on the permits and to not lose our contract on the metal building. Some crew workers showed up a week later than was scheduled. Two days of some minor prep work was completed and then no one showed up again. In trying to contact the company, it would take multiple calls to the cell phone number given, and calls and texts to the office number, and finally written and dated notices by text to get any kind of response. Our permits expired which the company said they would renew, but then did not. The work wasn’t completed and no new schedule was provided. The last communication from the company was on May 4th that we would be contacted on Tuesday (May 7th) by Kody for status of the project and then the company went silent. We never heard from them again and could not get any response out of them. They failed to complete the job contracted for. We emailed a letter for a refund and received no response and sent a certified letter for a refund and it was returned as undeliverable. Do not recommend them for any work.Houston TX

Comments: Fivestar Foundation and Construction finished my foundation repair and drainage project last week. Kody was my point of contact during the duration of the job, he was very pleasant and nice to deal with. The initial estimate Kody explained his findings and told me the price- I was a little sticker shocked, but after getting other estimates I realized Kody with Fivestar Foundation and Construction was going to be the best company as they were not the cheapest, but Kody explained the project in a way that I could understand and answered ALL my questions as I had many of them. The crew came out with Kody and got a game plan together and explained to me how they would go about the work, I am a single mother that works from home so I had no idea what to expect. It was a crazy experience to see so many holes and trenches around my house but once they were done they cleaned up very well and the concrete repair work looks fantastic. Comments: They conducted waterproofing for my home in Spring, Tx. When experiencing the issues I had I was very nervous. I had multiple contractors come out but I was most comfortable with and confident in them. They were quick to answer my questions with pure knowledge and their price was not the highest nor the lowest. All factors together made me feel they were the right decision and now that work is completed and we have had plenty of rain to truly test the job that was done, I know they were the right choice. They took a 50% deposit to fix a leak and they never scheduled an appointment. They kept giving me excuses until I just hired someone else to do the job. It’s been two months now since I requested a refund and they haven’t returned my money.Their latest excuse is that their bank account was frozen.

So we had 3 more companies come out and bid us the same amount of work, and none of them explained it as well as Kody did, so my wife and I asked Kody with Fivestar to come back out and we decided to go with them. After the project was done we were extremely happy with the decision we made, the crew did a great job and cleaned up very well. There was a week and half delay due to weather and another job going over but Kody gave us a generous discount on the remaining balance due, so in all, thank you to Fivestar, we will definitely recommend.Houston TX
