Work Description: Only provided an estimate for initial exterior work. The price was average, not too expensive but not inexpesive either.
There is more internal work to do but the property will not be vacated until 4/1/12 to get estimates.
Colours Painting called 2 days later, neither of the other two providers contacted me.
