Work Description: The toilet needed to be resealed and recaulked.
Comments: He was very nice and on time. The price was wonderful. However, he left a mess in my sink and tub, broke the cap off my toilet and didn't tell me, so we had to replace it and he kept asking me for paper towels and finally asked for a cloth towel. He used two of my trash bags and then asked for a big trash bag to put the toilet on. I believe he wasn't prepared and didn't have all the necessary essentials to do the job. My toilet doesn't leak, which was the point, but his lack of preparedness was irritating.
