Comments: I’m so glad I gave Milton at First Class Roofing a call. After getting estimates and talking with individuals from several other companies over a lengthy period, I didn’t feel like I had any good options. The concerns were always the same: vague estimates (and little consistency between similar companies), no possibility of financing, not willing to talk or answer questions about the process etc. I thought I would just have to settle with someone since I needed a new roof. Then, Milton answered the call, and set up a time to meet with me. He walked the outside of my house with me, pointing out concerns, and explaining things to me. He went up on the roof and explained some of the concerns and helped me get an idea of what First Class Roofing would do differently (i.e. better). I was certain I had the right company, so I asked about what else they could do to make our home look like we had always wanted it to. First Class Roofing will set you up with a new roof, but they don’t stop there. With the level of respect and honesty Milton showed me, I began asking about other possibilities for improving the exterior of my home. Before he left, Milton flew a drone over my roof and around my house. Once we met to talk about the job, we were able to see what our home would look like, and we knew about all of the projected costs. At no point did we feel pressured into making any decisions. Despite all of the weather issues, in short time, we had a new roof (literally a day, and a couple of hours the next morning). Not long after, another crew began the other work we decided to have done. They were friendly, communicated with us as much as we needed them to, and were always flexible when having to work around our schedules. They really went above and beyond what they were hired to do. My only issue was that I missed seeing the gutters and gutter guards being put on (completed before lunch on a single day); that type of quality and speed must have been a sight to behold. Everyone who works for Milton is top-notch, and they take pride in the work that they do. Once the work was completed (very close to what we were told—and that was with very uncooperative weather), Milton came back out to check over everything, answer my questions, and explain how he stands behind the work. My family and I our so happy with the work, and proud of our old home, which looks completely new. If you’re shopping around for a new roof, gutters, or even other improvements to the exterior of your home, look no further. Give Milton at First Class Roofing a call.
