Comments: We had requested (3) quotes through Networx and Jerry (First Choice) was the 2nd vendor to call, but it was immediately apparent on the phone that his knowledge level with extermination and Carpenter Ants was extremely high.We had (inaccurately) diagnosed the issue on our porch/deck to be Carpenter Ants and within 5 minutes on site Jerry corrected us that it was actually Carpenter Bees. Due to the easier extermination of the Bees, Jerry cut his price, without ever being prompted!
It is refreshing to see such honesty accompany a high knowledge level, and I will be using Jerry going forward and referring my friends and family to him for any pest management needs.
