Comments: Company stained interior (multiple rafters and ceiling boards) with lots of bolts and other hardware. They carefully stained around all the hardware, both interior and exterior, without leaving any trace of stain. They replaced old baseboards on the posts and properly caulked them an installed them above the deck so they wouldn't rot from the bottom due to moisture. Overall, the gazebo looks wonderful. It probably hadn't been restrained since it was installed, maybe 20 years ago. Now it looks terrific. Excellent management control and communication regarding activity on the project. To start I paid this company $400 to come repair 4 minor holes in our drywall and then add primer and texture. our first appointment no one showed up John said it was a scheduling error, I was ok with that crap happens I get it we are all human. he rescheduled came out on his own laid some bondo in the holes that needed repaired said would come back add more bondo if needed and finish leveling and do the primer and texture hasn’t came back since April I just want my money back worst services and communication ever saddening I have to look at these holes from my sons attempted suicide everyday because we hired such a horrible company and still haven’t gotten our money back. I have contract and screenshots of messages go with another company
