Comments: We were invaded by ants in February (early on-due to a mild winter) in our kitchen area of our business. I used the Networx site to obtain 3 bids from the 3 exterminators listed.FIKES Pest Control quoted it at 1/3 the price of the other 2 companies...WOW. Immediately I thought... is this where the old saying goes....you get what you pay for? For the price quoted, I couldn't help but be skeptical.
But they came out the next day and sprayed, and the very next day there were no signs of any ants in the area(s) that were treated. As of right now, I am totally satisfied with both the customer service I received and the work performed.
Both Craig Fikes ( the owner) and Nathan ( the tech) were very honest and personable.
