Work Description: bathroom remodel / upgrade
Comments: We were extremely satisfied with Feldman Construction. We have worked with Ginadi Feldman twice (2 different bathrooms). We remodeled one bathroom with Ginadi (in 2022), and didn’t look further when we were ready to remodel another bathroom (in 2024). Both bathroom remodels were major, completely gutted and upgraded. We were very happy with the outcome, the timeframe was efficient, and reasonable price. We will work with Feldman Construction on any future home projects.Ginadi is honest, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He truly cares about his clients, and we trust him completely. We highly recommend Feldman Construction.

Comments: UPDATE: I was so impressed with Ginadi's work on my brother's remodel that I hired Feldman Construction for a renovation of my own condo, and the team delivered great results again! Ginadi is a pleasure to work with: friendly and energetic, expert and professional, prompt and communicative. Overall, I was pretty hands-off on this project, yet I can say with great delight that when the work was done and I was surveying it I was delighted with my "new old place." Ginadi did a renovation for my brother's place which turned out really well. Recently, I had a leaking window that needed to be repaired due to the storms and I contacted him. He was extremely prompt and professional, and he and his crew were courteous and did a fantastic job on the repair. We will definitely work with Ginadi again.

Comments: We highly recommend Feldman construction for your any remodeling/building project. My husband and I live in Maryland and we own a house in North California.Last year we decided to renovate and decided to hire Ginadi. We feel very blessed for making the best decision with Feldman construction to do our project.
From the first meeting with Ginadi to the final inspection and finishes/final touch ups he was super professional, attentive, communicative and patient. He and his team did a fantastic work at our house. We renovated our kitchen, two bathrooms, and
Installed new windows and doors in the entire house. We also framed and installed a new Bi fold door, 24 ft long
Which created a beautiful huge opening from the living room/kitchen to the yard.
Overall Ginadi and Feldman construction crew did an outstanding job and during the entire process we felt we are in good hands. We will definitely recommend Feldman construction to all of our friends and family.
