Work Description: Asphalt path - residential
Comments: Do not trust or hire John Cooper of Fault Tech. He required me to pay thousands before the requested work was started, then did not refund me after he failed to do the job. When I made the cancellation formal, he promised me several times to return my money, then disappeared. I will be working through a lawyer and the Parker County Sheriff to pursue legal action. Additionally, the work he provided to my HOA ended up being sub-standard - and he abandoned his promise to fix the mess he created.Azle TX

Work Description: Faulty asphalt repair
Comments: John came out to repair a spot on my RV lots dealership in May. He assured me he would put down plenty of material and it would be better than new. I reminded him that I have heavy vehicles travel over it. He told me he would roll it and it would be ready for use in 24 hours. His “repair” is worse than it was! I can’t drive my forklift over it without digging deep into the repair let alone a R.V. He has been unresponsive to my concerns. The ironic thing is having a asphalt I would need future repairs and sealing. If you want to see his handy work in person I suggest you come see this mess he made at my lot in Azle .Tex Star R.V.

Comments: The only bad thing was his source for gravel. Wanted crushed limestone road base on top of reworking existing driveway. Stone had a lot of trash mixed in. Small chunks of asphalt, broken tile, rubber and plastic, plastic bags, yellow tape ( caution or crime?) and wood. Have the only drive that sparkles from chunks of ceramic tile.He has the equipment, including a roller, and is a master at it using it. Understood scope of project, moved excess dirt to other locations on my property and am happy how everything locked together. Got a 6 1/2” rain and everything is working perfectly.
I would recommend him because of the quality of his work. Just know what rock you are getting.

This is the fourth time I've had him out over the last two years and every time he's exceeded my expectations. He's very talented with heavy equipment making them look like an extension of his hands. Comments: John Cooper & his father (Fault Tech Asphalt & Concrete) arrived on time to prepare our pad site with cleaned crushed stone for a future shed install. The crew arrived on time; kept back/front neat as they worked; re-used our discarded sod for a neat/clean look around the pad. Excellent work that will be a solid foundation for the shed. Comments: J. Cooper was hired to clean or replace drainage pipes and then asphalt the driveway over the top of the drainage area. Project looked complete when he left but he did not clean the drainage pipes. They were only cleaned on the ends, the middle of the pipes are still clogged with dirt. Work Description: I asked to have my epoxy pebble aggregate repaired, but they misrepresented their abilities! According to a second opinion from another company , they used not use epoxy.
Comments: I have learned it is too cold now to be using epoxy as the concrete is already too cold. This company did not deliver what they promised and I am now having to pay someone else to come in next spring to undo and repair what they did! John also said my pebble is no longer available which I have also found not to be accurate ! It is! I am out $3000 for a mess to redo! They may be good at asphalt but not pebble aggregate repair!

We decided that the full resurface is what would best and long term solution. John and his crew came out and did a great job and on time.
