Comments: ParagonCA is a superb remodeling company with exceptional customer service. The staff are extremely professional, courteous, and master craftsmen. Tony the company owner provided fair pricing and took his time to clearly meet my expectations. I was and remain extremely impressed with the services.I met Tony when he responded to my inquiry on YELP to have my shower rebuilt after i experienced a leak and was required to rip out the entire shower. Tony’s prices to custom remodel the entire bathroom was comparable to the prices of large corporations quote to replace my shower with an acrylic enclosure. Tony, understood my price point and found the most beautiful options with my cost range. The service I received from Tony and his team has made me a customer for life. I have several more jobs and will definitely contact ParagonCa when i am ready to begin.
ParagonCa represents a time past when small business owners got to know their customers, charged fair prices that helped them sustain their family but did not take advantage of the customer. This is an era long past but refreshing when you come across it in today’s world.

I have dogs and the carpet was getting really bad from a few accidents so I decided to change the carpet with porcelain which is what ParagonCA recommended. At first I was a little worried that the tile would not look very good or that it would be too slippery, but fortunately the sales rep for ParagonCA recommended a wood look tile that would not be slippery and would be easy to maintain which is what I wanted.
