Work Description: Find the leak, fix it. The water heater base had rusted terribly. But was leaking slowly.
Comments: This firm made this task a piece of cake. My regular plumber could not get someone to my house to even evaluate the problem on Saturday. I gave them until Sunday afternoon. By 3pm I looked on line and found Family Plumbing. They were here in an hour or so. ON A SUNDAY!!! Got an estimate and an appointment for the very next day. Even drained the tank so I wouldn't have to mop up more water. Monday they were on time and the whole job was over in less than three hours which included removing the old and putting in the up to code water tank. They also were kind enough to look at an old radiator and reconnected it so that it was positioned properly. More than happy with the job. And enjoying my much hotter water. KUDOS!Work Description: Replaced my old hot water unit.
