Work Description: The sewer backed up after washing several loads of clothes. Water gushed from the powder room into the laundry, garage, and family room, ruining the parquet floor along with the items it touched (drywall, vanity, wood door, casings, baseboard).
Comments: Roto-Rooter responded immediately to this emergency. After clearing the line, the plumber called Guardians Restoration Specialists. Joe Myers arrived at my home within 15 minutes. He carefully assessed the damage and provided a verbal estimate the next day. When the insurance claim was authorized, he and his team efficiently removed all affected materials in record time. They were most respectful of every area in my home during the process. I gladly hired Extreme Building Solutions – all these companies are affiliated – to perform the reconstruction work. He and his team accomplished a superb tile and floating floor job in the entire area in addition to patching/painting/replacing/finishing. He remembered things I mentioned to him in passing. Work Description: Winterizing a vacant home in central NJ
Comments: I researched quite a bit about winterizing homes, so when speaking with licensed plumbers/companies I could better gauge their knowledge and experience.Of the four companies I interviewed, Extreme Building Solutions clearly understood what I needed, what was involved, how long the process would take, and provided a very fair rate. The service rep was on time, courteous, and educated me during each step of the process. I'll be calling Extreme Building Solutions to de-winterize/winterize the vacant house as needed.
