Comments: After a recent windstorm, I had siding damage, as well as a missing piece. I searched and found information/reviews on Exterior Plus. Sam returned my call promptly and also came to view the damage in a very timely manner. On inspection of my house, he found other damage that I wasn’t aware of, and he showed me this damage and explained what the problems were in detail. In addition, I requested a roof assessment to make sure my roof vents were still good. He gave a fair price, and the work was completed today. Sam and his employee did an excellent job, and I was very pleased. In fact, I hired him for a second project, which will be done within a few days. Comments: I was very impressed with this company. Asked them to do a deck for us on short notice. We had an event at our home and needed to replace our deck. They were rained out on the Saturday before the event and came and finished the project on the following Sunday and Monday! I don't know many contractors that would go the extra mile to finish a job and work on a Sunday. The owner Sam promised me that he would complete the job by the deadline and he stick by that promise.
