Comments: I needed a thorough move-out cleaning to prepare for my condo for rental. This was the first time I had used a cleaning service and I was not in Baltimore at the time, so I did my research of cleaning companies and called a few different companies. Evi Sawicka definitely had the best customer service from the very start. One company wouldn't even give me a quote without seeing the place first, which might be reasonable, but did not work for me since I was out of town and I didn't want to trouble friends. I was very satisfied with the choice and was especially impressed with the following personalized service: - I was able to send them the key to my condo and they mailed it back to me after the cleaning
