Work Description: Ghosted
Comments: While the beginning communication was great, communication slowly tapered off. Manuel demanded money out of the contract schedule which we obliged because we trusted him that he would finish the project when he was working on another part of the house. However, after 2 months, he ghosted us right before Thanksgiving. His wife Erika never responded to our calls as well. Our home is not complete and we have to find a new contractor now. The process has been less than ideal, taxing, stressful and a large waste of time.Dallas TX
