Work Description: My spouse and I were remodeling our home and had the following done:

-10 new recess lights
-2 pendant lights over bar area
-outside lights on 4 pilars in from on house
-accent lights on both side of trees out front
-2 new light fixtures hung
-rewiring of various switches
under mount lights in ktichen
- 2 new eyeballs over fireplace/didning room
-prep our kitchen ceiling w reinforcements for new bakers rack
-installed 5-6 new dimmers

Comments: If you are in the market for a reliable honest electrician, please contact Julio. I found Julio’s info online read the reviews and gave it a chance by setting up a free estimate appointment on a Sat morning. Julio arrived 10 minutes early with a smile on his face, did a complete walk-thru with us and listened very carefully to our needs. After talking with Julio within the first 20 minutes we made the decision that we were going to hire him. We didn’t plan on starting the same day, but Julio and his team was available and started to work right away. They worked Sat and Sun 8-9 hour days to get ALL of the work completed with 100% complete satifisation. Julio truly takes pride in his work and has a team that was very polite and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all of our questions with no problem. I honestly walked away from this experience feeling very good and satisfied and would refer Julio to any of my friends/family. As a matter of fact we have already referred two new potential clients to Julio. Julio also provided a 1 year warranty on all of the work provided. After the work was complete we decided that we wanted two more lights on each side of our trees out front. Julio came out the following Tuesday and installed the new lights with no problem and made adjustments to my ceiling at no extra change. Again if you are in the market for an honest reliable electrician, please give Julio a call and he will truly take good care of you and ALL your electrical needs.

Work Description: Had to have an outlet put in behind my range because it is direct wired and I am getting a new range. Julio was wonderful.

I called to get a quote and he was ready to do it right away so I had him come over and he explained everything he was doing.

Work Description: Accurate dryer socket diagnosis and proper installation of dryer connection cord

Comments: If you're looking for a great, quality electrician, look no further. Julio is the person you want to work with. We had just bought a brand new dryer that wouldn't heat up and the repair man said the problem was our internal wiring in the house and that we needed a licensed electrician to fix it.

To make a long story short, Julio diagnosed the *real issue* (which was the dryer's cord, not our socket) and not only did he successfully diagnose this issue (which the other repair man completely overlooked), but he replaced the cord himself--TWICE--not because he did it wrong the first time, but because the cord that came with the dryer was faulty.

As an electrician, Julio really didn't need to replace the cord, he could have charged us for his work and left, but when he saw what the real problem was, he was very patient, kind, and committed to leaving us with a working dryer. I wish I had more electrical issues simply so that I could call up Julio--he IS that good and he IS that personable. We had no clue where to find a good electrician, but I think the reviews here for Julio and our experience really speaks for itself. I couldn't be happier with his work!

Work Description: replaced GFCI outlet and light switch outlet. Also installed additional 3 GFCI outlets

Comments: Trustworthy - One of our GFCI outlets had started to melt and the wires were burnt. Julio replaced all of it and also installed additional GFCI outlets (there were 5 rooms going to this one outlet!) Also fixed our light switch in master bathroom. Price was better than anyone. The best thing was he checked our master bedroom to see if there was too much plugged in (or electricity being pulled) from the outlets in that room by testing the panel. He could have easily told us that we needed to have an additional circuit run to that room but he told us it was fine - it is really nice having someone you can trust - I will always use him and so will all my family members!

Work Description: Wiring of my tv and surround sound so that the wiring was not exposed to my guest. Julio place the wiring behind the wall.

Comments: I am very happy with the finish product. I needed wiring to be hidden behind the wall that lead from my tv and surround sound. If anyone ever needs a Master Electrician Julio is the man.
