Sorry to hear about the experience you feel you had with us. We were very clear about the date and services we provide when we spoke with you on the phone setting your appointment. They were as follows as we charge a service call fee to come out of $75.00. This fee is waived if you would like the work done with the provided estimate. You had agreed upon this as we set your appointment time and date. When we arrived you thought we were going to show another day which was just a simply misunderstanding on your part. You showed us your areas of concern to repair we quoted you an estimate to troubleshoot diagnose and repair of $375.00. You decided not to have the work done as stated having to speak with your wife. I explained this is ok and please let us know when you decide to have the repairs done. A $75.00 service fee is due and will be credited to your repairs leaving a balance of $300 if you call us back to do the repairs needed. You paid the service fee due as agreed upon. It is a simple service and simple math of adding and subtracting but somehow you thought your remaining balance was $225 meaning $300 - $75.00. I had to explain that is $150 off the quoted estimate of repairs as you then understood. You said you need to speak with your wife. Your wife called asking about the service which I gladly explained the service call fee and charges to troubleshoot and diagnose as she thought that was included and she also got the math wrong thinking it was $300 - $ 75. 00 to a balance of $225. Your wife said you were her son not her husband. I am happy to hear you got the repairs done just hoping by a licensed Electrical Contractor.
