Work Description: Fixed a leaky shower problem
Comments: Stacey, with Estes Plumbing, was the first plumber to respond to an inquiry about a leaky shower (within a min actually!). He came out that same day to check out the problem and determined within mins that there was too much water pressure due to a faulty water valve. He came back two days later to complete the job (arriving at 7:30pm until 9:30pm). Now that's dedication! We have not had a single drip since! Thank you SO much Stacey!! Work Description: I had replaced the fill valve on the toilet but it was still drawing water every few minutes. I thought that probably the flush valve also needed to be replaced, and I had hurt my hip and was not able to get down in the floor to replace it.
Comments: Stacey told me over the phone that if that was all that was needed that he would only charge me for a service call. When he checked the toilet, he said he was concerned about an issue with the water pressure in the house line, and when he checked it, it was over 100psi. So, he found the root cause of the problem, and fixed that, not just a quick fix for the toilet valves, which would have worn out again soon, under the extreme pressure. He was very courteous and knowledgeable, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that wants their plumbing done right.Suwanee GA

Work Description: Checked out two toilets for us. One was running constantly, and the other one stopped up easily. Mr. Estes replaced some parts in the one that was running. He found nothing clogging the other, so he re-set the flush force. It's been fine since then.
Comments: Very nice, qualified, professional gentleman. He read what I had to say before calling me back, rather than just trying to be the first one to call. I, personally, liked that; although, it didn't really matter one way or the other. It was his company; he was doing the work; and he didn't get lost trying to get here. Work Description: We have two toilets. One was running constantly; the other seemed to stop up over the least little thing. He ended up replacing the fill valve and gasket on one. On the one that was stopping up, he found no clog, but he adjusted the flush force, and it hasn't happened since then.
Comments: I have to say that all five plumbers called me back quickly, which was very impressive. The thing I liked about Mr. Estes is that he took the time to read the information I provided in my request before calling me. I could also tell by talking with him over the phone that he was the actual plumber, and since our company works closely with the SBA, we like to support small businesses when possible.
