Comments: We called Eric and several other roofers to have a rental house roof replacement. We received several estimates and Eric’s bid was a very fair price. We then got on the phone and his level of expertise was excellent. His bid covered a couple of other things that other contractors missed. We were very impressed. He showed up at the scheduled date and time and had the roof completed in one day. He also sent me a website to pick my color. That was especially nice.
