Not only did they take care of the gutter, but they also noticed hail damage on my roof and helped me file an insurance claim. Comments: I had a small leak in my bathroom coming from the vent pipe, and it was starting to stain my ceiling. I called Professional Construction Services and they got me scheduled right away. Rodney showed up on time, was very polite, and had everything fixed in no time. He even took the time to explain what was causing the issue and made sure I felt confident in the repair. Knowing the work is backed by a 3-year warranty gives me so much peace of mind! I’ll definitely be calling him again if I ever need roofing work in the future. Highly recommend!

Comments: I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience because Professional Construction Services truly went above and beyond for me.

After a bad hailstorm, I was worried about my roof and called around to a few companies. Some never called me back, and one company came out but told me there was nothing they could do because my insurance had already denied my claim. A neighbor down the street recommended Ron and the team at PCS, and I’m so glad they did!

From the moment Ron arrived, he was kind, professional, and explained everything in a way I could understand. He met with my insurance adjuster and fought to get me the coverage I needed. It wasn’t easy, and my insurance company pushed back at first, but Ron and his team didn’t give up on me. They kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I understood every step.

Thanks to their persistence and knowledge, my insurance finally approved enough work to get my roof taken care of. The crew was fast, polite, and cleaned up so well you’d never know they were here.

I can’t say enough good things about PCS and the way they treat their customers. If you’re dealing with a roofing issue and aren’t sure who to trust, this is the company you want in your corner. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roofer!

Comments: We had Professional Construction Services visit our home for a free roof inspection. After the inspection, we were assured that there was significant hail damage to our roof and were encouraged to file a claim with our insurance company. The insurance adjuster found some damage to metal components (vents, valleys, etc.) and a few missing shingles. They approved the replacement of the metal parts and missing shingles but determined that there was no substantial hail damage to the roof itself.

Ron from Professional Construction Services assured us that there was roof damage and claimed he would appeal the decision. He frequently emphasized that if the insurance company agreed to replace even one shingle, they would have to replace the entire roof because our specific shingle type is no longer in production. He also mentioned involving an attorney to pressure the insurance company into approving the claim.

Months went by with no progress. Despite repeated assurances from Ron about an attorney drafting a "magical" letter to resolve the issue, nothing happened. Insurance continued to deny the claim, and Ron stopped communicating with us entirely.

Unfortunately, this entire process has left us frustrated. All we've gained from this experience is a likely increase in our insurance premium and a potential mark against our homeowner's policy.

While Ron Erhard and Jason Kilgore initially seemed professional and personable, we cannot recommend Professional Construction Services based on our experience. If you are considering roof repairs or inspections, you're better off consulting directly with your insurance agent or finding a reputable roofing company through trusted recommendations.
Tom, we take customer feedback seriously, but we also believe in setting the record straight. Our team went above and beyond to assist you throughout this process, taking multiple steps to make a strong case for your insurance claim—all without asking for a dollar in return. From the start, we were upfront that getting full roof approval was a long shot. Despite that, we explored every possible avenue, including shingle match arguments and involving legal resources. Unfortunately, State Farm denied every attempt to escalate the claim, including refusing to invoke appraisal—something completely out of our control. Your statement about "months" of no communication is simply inaccurate. We kept you updated every step of the way, but at a certain point, there was nothing more we could do. After repeated conversations explaining that State Farm was firm in their decision, we stopped reaching out because the answer wasn’t going to change. That’s not "disappearing"—that’s being honest about the reality of the situation. As for your claim affecting your homeowner’s policy, that’s a broad generalization with no guarantee. Every insurance provider handles claims differently, and filing does not automatically increase premiums or negatively impact your policy. While we understand that this outcome wasn’t what you hoped for, we stand by the fact that we put in more effort than any of the other roofing companies you consulted. We wish you the best moving forward.
