Comments: Review showed deficiency in system requiring replacement of coil. Richard was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked with our neighbor to do the work after we left to return to WI for the summer. I wrote an earlier review where I gave them a 1. I did this because no one showed up at the agreed upon time and I had not received a call. Later it was discovered that they had called to reschedule, but it was flagged as potential spam. Please disregard my earlier 1 rating. My apologies to Richard and Emergency Air.

We had reached out to you twice on the day of the apt, before the apt time and left you 2 voicemails explaining due to sick techs we would need to reschedule. After speaking with you, you did confirm you did get the voicemails we left you and apologized you also confirmed your reschedule date. If you wouldn't mind updating your review to show the correct information we would appreciate it! We look forward to your health check!

Comments: We were scheduled for our regular yearly maintenance and the first since having the new unit installed a year ago by Emergency Air. We had been having air balance issues and the temp in certain rooms not seeming adequate. Lorenzo was the tech that came out to asses the situation. What a determined individual! He could not have been more helpful and willing to figure out the best solution for our home. He came back to our home three times within a two week period just to make sure everything was as it should be and that we were happy with the outcome. He crawled around in a VERY hot attic and did the work necessary to our satisfaction. We noticed a difference right away! Top notch employee right there! Thank you Lorenzo! We appreciate it
