I recently found out the unit warranty transferred to us when we bought our house was being voided due to obvious damage during the remodeling phase. To say I was not happy is an understatement! Mr. Barrett was willing to go the extra mile to help in anyway possible. Thanks to his help, I was able to get our unit replaced. Needless to say, I will continue to call Gregg Air for any service we need.

Comments: They were professional and terrific. Described the work they were going to do in detail and came by and did just that. Ron Dixon, who made first contact was the definition of customer-focus. After gaining the business he came by with a crew to start the work and then to inspect the make sure that all the little extras that he’d discussed with me were done. He reiterated their warranty and said that if anything were a problem, he’d like to be the first one to hear about it on his mobile! Been a long while since anyone’s owned their service in this way.

Comments: From the initial contact when Ron Dixon showed up on time for the appointment and spent over 45 minutes checking out every aspect of my A/C systems
it was evident that he knew what he was doing. He sent me a detailed quote a couple of hours later and added some comments on how to improve the existing setup.
When I accepted his bid and asked how soon they could start,he said the next morning.
When the installation crew arrived, Matt, the lead man and his helper did an excellent job. Very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Gregg Air for a fair price and prompt service from start to finish!
