Comments: In my opinion, Elite Restoration is the top of the line roofing company and I will never use anyone else but them for my future needs. They are by far, a class act , compared to the previous roofing company that just replaced my roof in Sept 2015 and leaked 1 mo. later. Their staff is exceptional and their longevity in the business speaks for itself. My regret, was not using them in the first place and was a grave mistake on my part. Although my repair was a small amount of money, they did not sacrifice quality or customer service and treated our issue as important as any other regardless of price. Comments: I called Elite for repair. Sarah showed up next day and told me I have only pay deductible and I will get new roof. Another company wanted to charge me 74,000 and my insurance denied claim. They told me because of Maintenace issue they will not pay for my roof. I also had leaks inside and this company fixed my interior. I ended with $1,000 bill from Sarah. She saved me lot of money and I have no leaks. I had roofer before and he could not negotiated with my insurance. I guess he was not an adjuster. I'm very happy.Chicago IL

Sarah reviewed my claim and found my shingles are discontinued and request the second inspection. All was approved workers did fantastic job. I'm senior and cannot afford new roof. Comments: The best roofing company. I did not pay nothing for my roof. I filed insurance claim twice my insurance company denied twice they told me roof is too old. Sarah showed up she negotiated with insurance company. My insurance took advantage of me and because of Sarah I have new roof, and I did not pay nothing out my pocket. I really cannot afford new roof and patching does not work. Crew showed up and completed work in two days. She is the best public adjuster too. Highly recommended.-
