Work Description: A cable on one side of the garage door had come off the pulley causing the other side to go up, jam, come off the track and bend the track. Alex replaced the cables and rollers which were 15 years old, tightened the springs and chain and oiled all moving parts.
Comments: I bought my home 6 months ago and had an opener installed since there wasn't one. It surprised me that that serviceman didn't inspect and adjust the rest of the door. Alex "made it right" and explained that the springs need to be adjusted at least annually to restore proper tension. I'll be calling this company again! He contacted me quickly and scheduled my work within a couple of hours. His work was quick and thorough. His customer service skills were outstanding. He allowed me to watch and ask questions and gladly explained things.Longwood FL

Comments: I was very happy with this company, I called and they came the next morning. The gentleman who came was very polite and had the job done within a 1/2 hour. He also explained that the spring were guaranteed for life and they would replace them if anything happened and I would just have to pay $75.00 for labor.
