Work Description: Rodent Abatement

Comments: Joe is extremely courteous and respectful; he arrived on-time and was masked up – in accordance with social distancing etiquette. Joe gave me 110% and literally prudently scrutinized every aspect of my home. He identified and sealed countless entry/access points where these “communicable disease spreading monsters” were sneaking in. Joe even found possible entry points outside of my CoOp and helped mitigate this issue as well. Joe safely and carefully applied chemicals to specific areas of my home. He made recommendations of further actions that I would need to take. He even was kind enough to refer me on to a reliable contractor who could help me further. Most important – Joe respected me and respected my time.
