Comments: Mr. Vasquez are very prompt, polite and very knowledgeable of the job. Did an outstanding job. .. very pristine! Went above and beyond. Notify me of all the discrepancies and was fixed... if you need anyone that is very knowledgeable, Mr. Vasquez is the person.

Would be higher, but job unfinished...did not caulk/seal fixtures within shower to protect from water damage. Low score for cost. Confusing explaination of estimate resulted in misunderstanding of expected total by about $250 more. Labor cost about $350 per hour due to charging by the task. Reasonable for emergency repairs after hours, but not agreed on appointment during normal business hours. Too bad. Was looking for a long term handyman and will keep looking.
Is this why you were asking to leave a review? To attempt to ruin my business? I took my time explaining all of the costs to you and you pretended at the end to not know whats going on. I dont charge hourly and i gave you a 50$ discount. Very sad
