Comments: This is the absolute worse company I've ever done business with. I purchase both furnace and AC units on 12/15/2023 for $2500 each from Ruben Hernandez. He & his helper David, installed the wrong furnace on 12/17 at another cost of $200. I accepted it at the time because it was the dead of winter. Finally 05/06/24 Ruben had David & Jason swap out for the correct furnace. My investigation thus far has resulted in his providing an invalid business address, his lying about having obtained a permit from the city, he is uninsured - the insurance document provided is a fraud--no such policy # AND learned today he has no business license to work in my city. He still has not brought my AC unit . Because he is such a fraud, I'll work with the city to determine what actions I need to take next. Definitely small claims suit seems to be my best means of recovering what he owes me because at this point for safety reasons, I'm not sure he should do any further work at my house. Comments: I woke up to a freezing cold house. I didn't know what to do or who would be available as it was a cold weekend with a snow forecast. I called Elite Comfort Pro and Ruben came out immediately! He didn't have the part I needed on him so he left to go get it and set me up with portable heaters so I could stay warm. He sent his part guy Dan back with the part in less than an hour! Upon replacing the broken ignitor, he noticed my circuit board was burnt out and replaced it. Ruben came back and replaced my thermostat. Professional and courteous! I would recommend Elite Comfort Pro 1000 times over.Denver CO
