Comments: This gentleman gave us a price on painting which included the paint. This was garage wall he was painting. He pointed out areas in the woodwork that needed attention. Told him it was just a garage and to just paint the walls. I had "fixed" some areas and sanded them down - but didn't do a very professional job. He redid all these areas and even crawled UNDER the water heater to get EVERY ding in the woodwork. If 5 is the best rating, I would rate him a 10. I was amazed at his work. It is just beautiful. Told him I was going to move out of our house and into the garage. He did so much more than he was paid for just to make it perfect. I can hardly wait until the weather warms us. The neighbors will be green with envy!!!!! He's the BEST!!!!!Nashville TN

Comments: Edwin will do what it takes to complete the job in tiem and at the appropriate quality level. In this case it involved not just dry wall patch and lots of mud, but removing wall paper and smoothing out all defects in the wall.He worked through the weekend to turn the property around so photos could be taken of a transformed property.
His attention to detail is great. You don't need to remind him that gaps need to be caulked. He knows!
He gets the right gloss on all trim to make your investment stand out.
When he gives you a price he stands behind it and does not try to renegotiate half way through.
He is sold, 100% trustworthy and reliable. His work ethic is giant. You can count on him putting in 10 hour days if that is what it takes. I don't usually tip contractors, but he went above what we had agreed upon.
