Comments: Don't even know where to start with these guys. $3000.00 to do 6 hours of work. don't ask them to do any thing more then what they quote. I asked this guy "what do you charge per hour" he said we do everything by the job. Charged me $500 to cut out the bathtub drain and replace with a standard trap (half an hour). Price was to include the $69.00 quote fee and permits. Well they did charge me the $69 and I had to threaten them with a call to the City Inspector to get it back. They did give me the 10% senior discount. The fellow who came and gave the quote returned the next day to do the job with a helper. I don't believe he was a journeyman plumber because he said he was only on the job for 2 years and prior to that he was their mechanic repairing their vehicles. I won't say he did a bad job because everything seems to be in working order and he spoke well enough about the job to to make you believe he had been doing this kind of work for years. He was fast to quote prices such as replacing the tub drain for $500. I never did see a permit and I am sure he never had time to apply for one, but I did get charged for one. All in all these guys seem very shady and are not as straight forward as you would like. I am surprised that the NETWORK recommends them. I will not use againWestland MI

They were not successful in clearing the drain because of a clogged trap at the base of the drain. I honestly don't think that I got a good value for the money. Comments: Do not use Edwards Heating and Plumbing! Our basement flooded. They replaced out sump pump and put in a backup. Also dug a trench to the pond behind out house. Exorbitant prices. We never got a paid invoice receipt after repeated requests. . 18 months later the basement flooded again. They put in another sump pump system. We were given the runaround time and again. The price was again extremely high! Their customer service was really atrocious. Due to the second flood, our HVAC system also had to be replaced. They gave us an estimate and promised for four days to come back and replace the HVAC. They never showed up. Used another company that was less expensive, kinder and more efficient. On the scheduled day, they called around 8:30 and said they couldn't have anyone there until at least 10. Then they called and said that since it was so late, they wouldn't be able to get parts so there was no sense in coming. They came the next morning and quoted it, took my sink apart and said they'd be back the next day. Comments: This place is a joke. I have had NOTHING but problems with them from day 1!! They installed a brand new sewer 7 years ago. I have had to have it snaked out twice in 7 years. They said they wouldn’t charge me since they installed the sewer, but then turned around & charged me hundreds of dollars both times. The most recent snaking was a little over 2 weeks ago. A week later the toilet leaks, it won’t flush & it gurgles when you take a shower, & then the shower backs up. The bathroom sink is also clogged. The reason they were called in the first place was that the toilet wouldn’t flush. I’m not sure what they did to my bathroom, but NOTHING works in there now, & it’s the only bathroom I have. I now have to pay someone else to come out & fix these issues, because I will NEVER call this place again!! Work Description: Currently in a dispute with Mgr. (Scott) over the additional damage done to the drain pipe. Bob did a great job of installing the new faucet but broke the drain pipe in the process. A leak in the drain pipe appear after 3 to 4 hours of competing the initial install. I have had an initial conversation with Scott and I am awaiting his response.
