Work Description: Siding Repair
Comments: We have a brick bungalow, which makes for a unique structure on the roof, with siding along the back. A large piece of siding had flown off by the back roof, likely during a storm. So, we not only needed repair work done in a challenging spot, but we were also anxious to have it done before the winter weather worsened. After messaging with a few contractors, I received a message from Charles who was approachable, considerate, and professional. He made time to come the next day to provide us with an estimate and managed to get the materials and do the job the very next morning - after a snow day! Despite some serious hurdles - our roof is very steep in some parts and Charles had to access it in untraditional ways - he finished the job in a timely manner and was extremely communicative every step of the way. I particularly appreciated his attention to detail in trying to match the replacement piece to our house and making adjustments as necessary. I felt at ease throughout this entire process and we are so grateful to have found an excellent professional we hope to do business with again.
