He quoted me over $10k for $800 plumbing work and over 11k for 4k electric panel work just to name a few. Edvin charge 6% tax on materials and 6% tax on labor for each quote separately. I had to terminate him because of poor quality service and not willing to do what the customer wants. He just wasn't to do what is easy for him. He tried to cut corners as much as possible. All consumers out there be aware of this company.

We charge for what we know, and we do it based to the code and Safety to meet all the requirements, Hud or 203 K Loan want, this type of jobs or project, require all permits and bring it up to code. EGC explained all to you before you signed it. Nobody put a gun on your forehead to sign it. After we start the work, you call another plumber and electrician, they wasn’t know the type of project we are doing not everybody have a knowledge on the 203K loan, They told you diferente thing, we think they give you the estimate just to repair it, but we give you the price to bring everything up to code based what Hud want based in the report 203 K loan Then you ask us to sign of the plumbing and electrical, after you signed the contract. Doesn’t work that way, You need to learn how to do business. !!! We didn’t finish it, because you stopped us, Because of the plumbing and Electrical price, You broke the bridge, so you will paid for it. Talking about quality is when the job is done 100% We only replace the rotten decking boards, fix the siding, and remove the kitchen floor to fix the un leveling floor, We don’t know what quality you are talking about. We only follow the report and requirements they want. We do not steal from anyone or work for free. Locate yourself be honest once in your whole life tell the truth and don't telling a lie. We understand why you are resentful because your project is stopped, but that is your fault and not ours Good look!!
