Work Description: broken entry door knob with bolt lock
Comments: Jim came out and he worked for hours even in the dark to get my knob working- all the inside rings were broke. Jim did the best he could and I know my door is huge and old, they don't make these doors anymore but he tried his best to repair for me. Jim took knob and come back next day. He trusted me and I trusted him. we worked well with each other. I will call Jim for all my home projects, no matter what it is!! He's a good person.-
