Work Description: Concrete Patios, Walks & Steps - Install
Comments: Contractor was on time both days and was professional. Weather was cold and took longer than expected to dry out to broom finish. Would hire again.San Jacinto CA
Work Description: There was 180 Sqft of old, six-inch thick walkway from front door, past redwood fence door to back yard patio. Slab at side of house was pooling water 2-inches against house foundation. Rain gutter down-spouts on both sides of job flowed onto walkway and water pooled on slab outside front door.
Old concrete was demoed and taken away. Four 3-inch drains were installed into slabs in addition to two down-spouts drains. Drainage was directed past rear patio slab into rocky yard border leaving a quick connection for later continuation.
Rebar, framing and concrete felt were installed. The leveling process was calculated precisely, as this run split the crown of natural grade on the property.
Concrete needed was calculated properly. Concrete was worked to accommodate drainage. Slabs were finished expertly with proper edges and compression joints.
Work areas were thoroughly cleaned. Instructions were given concerning the curing time to prevent damage.
Vincent said, "Two days." I hired him on the spot. Vincent told me to expect a call that evening to schedule the job. He called me that evening to schedule for the following Tuesday. He stated his crew would start between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. They arrived at 7:45. They finished in two days.
What more could I want? Without a second thought, I would recommend CAL NEVA CONCRETE to anyone looking for a professional company to complete their project.
Sincerely,
Michael Vesey, San Jacinto, CA
