We are a military family stationed overseas. We currently have a tenant staying in our home. Needless to say, scheduling a garage door repair (broken torsion spring) as an overseas landlord can be a challenge. I contacted Easy Access via email with a thorough explanation of the problem, including a picture of the broken spring. I received a prompt response from Dan Cervantes. He provided a quote which was substantially lower than two other quotes I had received by local competitors. They were thorough, professional and accommodated my tenants schedule. Most importantly, the job was done and done right.
Payment was a breeze as I was able to provide my credit card over their secure payment system. Thanks Dan and Easy Access for working with me and doing a terrific job.

Called Ivan in the morning and he was here at 5:30 and fixed my broken spring on the garage door. He was very professional and went beyond fixing the springs, he even readjusted the brackets to my garage door opener. Our garage door actually is quieter than ever. Price was reasonable as compared to others I called. I highly recommend Ivan and Easy access Garage Doors for preventive maintenance and repair. Cheers to Ivan and crew.

I called them up, explained my issues about the broken springs on my garage door and they came out the same day within an hour. The springs were replaced with quality parts and repaired quicker than expected. The price was cheaper than other local quotes I received. I highly recommend them. Excellent customer service and very fair pricing!
