Comments: Matt came to give an estimate and all was fine. I gave him a $700 deposit through Venmo. I called the next day to ask for a refund as we decided to go in another direction. He said he would send me a check, then he said the check was in the mail, then he said he would drop it off. He was clearly lying and the appropriate authorities are involved. Comments: Gave me an estimate($800)came out, took a deposit $150, took down 2 posts, cut 2”x2” holes into the chicken wire, instead of removing the staples. He then left and came the next day and told me his helper quit. Spent an hour and a half, said it was too much for him. Contacted me a few days later stating he needs $250 p/ day more to do the job. Never returned $150 deposit and left me with a new mess to clean up. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!Hatboro PA

Comments: OMG...MATTHEW DEMAYO-THIEF. THE POLICE CALL IT THEFT OF SERVICE. Never completed, used faulty wood panels, they have all split in half, did not use cement,Screws/nails if he used any went attached to anything. I have had to the the fence together with wire so the wind does blow it over. Not measured properly so MATT used metal pipes and brackets to hold it together. MY YARD IS AN EYESORE. He never took the old fence MATT thru it behind my fence thinking I wouldn't see it. There is just sooo much more. PLEASE DO WITHOUT A FENCE BEFORE USING MATTHEW DEMAYO.
I am having a REAL fence company replace the fence , nothing is salvageable. Even the current fence company told me that Matt DeMayo is labeled a thief and a fraud amongst other fence companies. They say Matt is the bad apple company.

Comments: This was a 2 day job! The guy moved up the date by 2 days which was ok, but he showed up 3 and a half hours late.....but that was only after I called him. Then he only worked 30 mins instead of a full day on a 2 feet section of my HUGE fence then said he had to leave to get the correct materials....WHAT!!? He already cashed the $100 deposit for the job. Then he was to get $150 at the end of each days work for 2 days. He then asked for $50 of the $150 due at the end of the 1st day, but he only worked 30 mins......did nothing!!! I denied the request of course and he agreed saying he would come back on the original start date and said he would take the remaining balance ($300) when the job was completed. I had a really bad feeling so I cancelled the contract the next morning. According to the contract I am entitled to half of my deposit after 3 days, but zero deposit back after 7 days. I cancelled the morning of the 5th day so I should be getting $50 returned to me. I sent a text and voicemail asking for the refund, and he said he would meet me in Philly and give me the materials he brought instead. When I requested he have a receipt along with the supplies to be sure I could get my money back, he stopped responding to me at all. I sent 2 more text and a voicemail that have all gone unanswered! It's about being a person and business of trust and integrity, and this man who represents Eastern Atlantic Fence Company has "FAILED" them very successfully. You can't run a successful business being dishonest and untrustworthy by taking advantage of customers who pay for your services! BEWARE....STAY AWAY!!!!Havertown PA

Matt is a thief. When someone cashes a check that was not supposed to be cashed that is stealing. If Matt would have asked for a consult fee of $100, we would have been gladly given to you. But you lied several times. Check was cashed by mistake, I'll send it back, I'll hand deliver it. Bad business with this company. DO NOT GIVE any deposits!
