Work Description: Never fixed stove
Comments: Came out and I paid the 85 dollar service fee for my home warranty provider. This guy seemed like he had no idea what he was doing but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt.. Earnest was supposed to submit the diagnostic to my home warranty within 48 hours which is what he quoted me. He never did. My home warranty company reached out to him 3 times and he never responded. They eventually assigned my claim to a more reputable company. Something very shady going on with this company. I honestly believe they just collect service fees with no intention of doing real work.Carmel IN
