Comments: I can't believe you got that many good reviews! You were at my house 6 weeks ago and said it may be 2 weeks to get it out. I reported that your method wasn't working and you said you would send someone over - never showed - I didn't even get a phone call from you. said your guy would show up on the following Monday between 2 and 4 - again no show. one day the trap was sprung but no ratcoon. you said you would send some out there between 2 and 4 the next day - again no show with no communication except when I called. so that was the day before yesterday and they were supposed to be here yesterday - nope again no communication from you but I spent another half day from work. Was supposed to be today - I bet you know the outcome on that - no show!

Comments: We were a bit confused about what it would take to catch or Trap a Raccoon we had no idea what we were to do if we Trapped one? Nobody in our area has a clue, not even the Park Rangers? So, I called E & G Exterminators and talked with a woman who we will be there and I said I lived in Willingboro NJ and was told they Service this area? A man showed up inspected the area where the Raccoons were gave me a price, I gave him a check and was told to stay away from the Raccoons! Marco, E&G Tech showed up the next day SetUp the traps and we called when the traps were loaded with a Raccoon they came out and picked them up and took them away! We,tore apart the area where the Raccoons were held up to put it back as the Cat Habitat for Helpless Animals! E & G you are the Best! Mike DelRossi

Comments: This company is a joke. Do not hire them. We have spent $800 and in three weeks our rat infestation has only gotten worse. We have continually contacted the company to update them. Their response is to send someone out to check the bait boxes and then leave. They have had no bites and somehow we have managed to catch 3 rats on our own. Don’t waste your money, call cooper pest or anyone else.

Comments: I gave a full description of the requirements however the personal they came to my house was unaware of the service that I was requiring. I need a specialist to determine were the drain flies are nesting and reproducing. I have had previously had a exterminator to treat the drains and also a plumber to replace the pipe that was leaking and we still have drain flies. E and G was only prepared to treat the drains.

Comments: I could not believe how quickly E & G Extermintors responded to my request for Squirrel removal from the eaves of my home. Called on Thursday, received a visit from a representative on Friday. Technicians came out on Saturday to start the removal procedures. The technicians explained everything to my husband and I. Hopefully we will be rid of those pesky squirrels. The cost was very reasonable.

Price was good: $350 is very low for bedbugs.
Over the phone they told me they would include mice problem- in person they told me to buy poison myself or pay for a separate very expensive contract.
They sprayed the bedroom behind closed doors- l do not know what they covered.
The first appointment was for evaluation and sign contract- they called prior to arrival to ask if we wanted them to treat immediately. We said yes- they gave us no instructions.
So when they came they had us empty the room completely- wash everything- we are old and infirm, they refused to give any assistance "we are not allowed by contract".
The room was dirty, including the top of the matrass; they left it exactly as they found it- gave me no chance to clean anything up before spraying- then l was left with ALL of our clothing, shoes, etc to launder and put away at once- this was not handled well because the total work load was unmanageable for me.

Comments: We discovered bed bugs in our bed on a Sunday morning and immediately began searching for Exterminators. Being that it was Sunday, it was difficult to get in touch with any of them. E & G was prompt with returning phone calls and on time for appointments. They did cone give us an estimate on Sunday, but would not begin the extermination. The house was exterminated Monday morning. They say they always do a follow up treatment about 3 weeks later, but they also said we could go ahead and use all of our furniture 2 hours after the extermination. We did not do this because we didn't feel safe, so we threw the mattress and bed spring out. We shopped around for mattresses and bought one on Friday, along with a bed bug mattress cover, new sheets, and new pillows. We set it all up on our old bed frame and head board, and to our surprise, woke up with more bed bugs than we had less than a week prior. This was very disappointing and stressful. They came back the next day and treated the house much more aggressively and efficiently with stronger chemicals. It's upsetting that they didn't take it this seriously the first time.
