Work Description: replace glass panel on 3ft sliding patio door.

Comments: two men appeared in separate vehicles at 12:30. They remove the door from its track with much difficulty and ruined the rollers which made it impossible to reinstall properly after they replaced the glass panel. I am now the not so proud owner of a window instead of a glass door since its no longer movable. They were unable to locate the correct rollers for this model door. I was informed by one of the "" Installers", that he will continue to search for the proper rollers. I have not much hope.
